About the client
Coin Quintas develops and sells lots in Costa Rica and finances buyers directly, with no traditional bank requirements. It also partners with landowners to develop and sell their properties.
The challenge
- The offer is different from a normal real estate listing, and prospects needed to understand quickly how direct financing works and why it's safe.
- The page had to speak to two audiences, buyers and landowners, without splitting into two sites.
- Every section had to lead to a sales conversation, since the sale happens with an advisor, not online.
Our solution
- Message hierarchy: the hero leads with 25 years of experience and financing without banks, followed by a short "how it works" introduction.
- Two-audience structure: a buyer path (available lots, flexible financing) and an owner path (turning land into income), each with its own call to action.
- Objection handling: a financing-benefits block covering fast approval, accessible payments and transparency, plus a trust section and testimonials.
- Conversion points throughout: repeated "ask about available lots" and "book a free consultation" CTAs, with phone and email in the footer.
- Editable build: built in WordPress + Elementor so the client team can update lots and copy themselves.
