What's the typical engagement length?

3 to 12 months, with optional extensions. Most clients bring us in for a scoped modernization or a greenfield build with a clearly defined business outcome.

Do you do fixed-scope or time-and-materials?

Both. We prefer fixed-scope when the work is well-defined; time-and-materials when discovery is part of the engagement. Either way, every SOW includes success criteria and an exit clause.

What stacks do you specialize in?

TypeScript, Next.js, Node, Python, and Go. We work with modern stacks only. Legacy modernization engagements start from legacy PHP, Ruby on Rails, or Java monoliths and move to the stacks above.

What does your team structure look like?

Dedicated technical architect plus 2 to 5 senior engineers (minimum 8 years of production experience). We do not place juniors or mid-levels at senior rates.

Typically 7 to 14 days after a signed SOW. The first four weeks are delivered with a ramp plan in writing — week-by-week deliverables, not vague goals.
